CONSULTATION ON THE PROPOSAL TO CHANGE THE LENGTH OF THE SCHOOL DAY AT JANE AUSTEN COLLEGE FROM SEPTEMBER 2025

The Inspiration Trust would like to inform you of a proposed change to the length of the school day at Jane Austen College. A copy of the consultation letter can be found HERE, with additional information HERE.

The Inspiration Trust would like to invite you to give your feedback on the proposed changes by sending your response to: 

• Completing the online response form  
• Emailing: governance@inspirationtrust.org quoting ‘consultation Jane Austen College’ in the subject header.
• Writing to: Company Secretary, Inspiration Trust, Weights & Measures Building, 28 Bethel Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1NR

The closing date for responses is Monday 31st March 2025.

Once the consultation closes the responses will be reviewed. The outcome will then be confirmed with parents and stakeholders if Jane Austen College is proceeding with the change.

Consultation on Jane Austen college admission arrangements for September 2026 entry. 

The consultation regarding the proposal to change the Year 12 Published Admission Number (PAN) is now closed. The Inspiration Trust Board of Trustees will consider the consultation responses against the case for change. The determined admission arrangements for September 2026 entry will be published by 15th March 2025.
