Transfer to secondary school
Secondary school applications for September 2025 entry opened on the 11th September 2024 and closed on the 31st October 2024.
If you applied for a place at Jane Austen College you will be sent an email from our Admissions team on 1st November (please check your junk folder) inviting your child/ren to sit a Fair Access Banding test. This will be the same email address you used to apply via Norfolk County Council.
Our Fair Access Banding test dates have now all closed. If you have any concerns, please email jacadmissions@janeaustencollege.co.uk
Find out more information about the assessment here.
Any applicants who have not taken the banding assessment will only be considered after children who have sat the banding assessment (unless they have an Education Health and Care (EHC) plan or are Looked After Children).
If you have any questions please contact our Admissions Team: jacadmissions@janeaustencollege.co.uk
